I ordered a group of 3 and only one arrived. The set I ordered were supposed to be copper and it is brass. I will not pay three separate charges for delivery and speaking of delivery they sent it to an unknown address. It was only because Fed Ex driver figured it out because we have our last name on the outside of our house and a similar street name that he found us. That was amazing service. We ordered a similar item in December only much bigger from Etsy and the maker was coppernu .So incredibly pleased with product and free delivery on time . We want to return this item and get a full refund. If this happens we will order it through Etsy from coppernu even though the item isn’t quite what we wanted. Hoping this can be resolved.
